Description: NextGen<p><b>Job Summary:</b><br></p><p>Provide application support to internal and external clients.Job Responsibilities:</p><p>Responsible for responding to requests for support and maintaining ticket queues in an effective and timely manner for both internal and external customers. </p><p>Works with vendors to resolve errors and provide resolutions to outstanding issues. </p><p>Responsible for ongoing maintenance of software tables and files as requested</p><p>Handles escalations and more complex issues.•Escalates issues to appropriate support levels, ensuring the needed documentation is in place at the time of escalation.</p><p>•Responsible for creating and maintain process documentation as requested by management.</p><p>•Perform training along with providing the required documentation as needed.</p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p>•Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: computer science, business or related field.</p><p>•NextGen File Maintenance experience.</p><p>•3 plus years of experience in Customer service, customer relations, call center environment, equivalent field.</p>
