The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing direct support to projects and enabling project success in the area of scheduling and stakeholder coordination activities related to projects. As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for performing the following duties: Prepare detailed schedules, Grant chart, timelines, and diagrams; provides development and analysis of finish variances and critical paths; and promptly reports schedule slippage or other unsatisfactory performanceManage and facilitate the accomplishment of major projects in support of FSA s mission by ensuring effective integrated processes, procedures and tools for oversight during development and project/program execution, including schedule analysis, cost analysis, and earned value managementDevelop and maintain detailed schedules for new IT programs as requiredProvide impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities and proactively develop mitigation strategies for the project management teamBuild and maintain logic driven schedules to highlight status of key interfaces for critical path reviewProvide progress reporting documents and briefing materials as requiredDevelop creative reporting tools to communicate complex project sequencing and/or progress assessmentsTravel RequiredNo Conditions of EmploymentU.S Citizenship Background investigation and fingerprint check (if available) Trial Period:1.
