The team is planning to have an IEO which means that the future member of the team carries no reputational risks since the exchange is the one carrying out all the analytical work and reviewing the project (i.e. scam or fraud shall not pass, and the team has no plans just to raise money). The work itself will be done through one of the TOP-10 cryptocurrency exchanges.
The project is 100% legal and transparent. The team is real and does exist. The company has to expand the team due to the requirements of the exchange. However, should the person wish to be more involved in the project, he/she can take part in the working process.
The remuneration for cooperation will be stated in the contract concluded between the person and the company. It will be the native tokens of the project in the TBD amount at the rate on the accrual date. Tokens accrual implies freezing and subsequent systematic defrosting in the period up to six months from the accrual date. The company is open for dialogue regarding the level and the format of income accrual in case of the future member interest.

If the person agrees to cooperate, he/she can take part in the project as a part of their professional activity. The company is ready to consider the options of both nominal and active participation in the project (blockchain development together with the project team).
Please note that such cooperation carries no reputational risks since cryptocurrency exchange activity is a modern and widely used tool for the commercial promotion of business. In case of being listed on the exchange, the project team receives additional bonuses - a percentage of the fee. In case the project does not succeed in the Initial Exchange Offering, the team continues to develop the blockchain project by themselves. There are no business or reputational losses since the selection for the exchange usually takes place behind closed doors, and only social and media channels of the company are closely monitored by the exchange employees.
