The OpportunityREPORTS TO: Commissary Manager PRIMARY ROLE:The ideal applicant must have strong computer skills. Knowledge of Excel and MS Word are necessary and email at a high proficient level. Applicant must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication in the primary language. Applicant must have math skills, strong attention to details, delivers accurate reporting and ability to meet scheduled deadlines. This is a very high-paced, performance-driven position, requiring that the ideal applicant be self-reliant, flexible, show initiative and to ensure that all incoming orders are accurately checked into Delaware North and its systems and reported on a timely manner.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Warehouse experience.Proficient with computer applications.Be able to count products, verify, and deliver accurate reports on a daily basis.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Proficient with reading, speaking, and understanding English.Experience with Warehouse Inventory, Purchase Orders, Delivery Forms, Invoices and data entry.Ability to reconcile invoicing with requisitions.Assist with Inventory counts.Ability to work flexible hours; this includes weekends, holidays and occasional after-hours.Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with a high volume of accurate work.Strong communication, writing, and math skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet scheduled deadlines.Ability to take initiative.Be a team-player and possess the ability to work cooperatively with other departments.Ability to follow job procedures and supervisors instructions.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to stand for a long period of time.Ability to lift/move/maneuver boxes and lift up to 50lbs.Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during entire length of shift.ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:Warehouse environment, noise level may be moderate.Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold depending on the season.Exposed to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma6 mos. - 1 year prior experience preferred.
