Service Operations Coordinator/SVC-Ops PC has a fixed schedule (same hours daily, 8 plus a 30minute min lunch break), but is required to stay late at Month End as needed and be available the respective Saturday. The SVC-Ops Coordinator invoices Fixed Fee Professional Service Contracts weekly, based on milestones completed and triggered by the PMO team; TM contracts are invoiced monthly (approved TM hours not yet associated with an invoice).
