Reporting to the Manager of Logistics Production Engineering, you will be party of a team that operates at significant scale supporting four distribution centers across North America and a rapidly growing eCommerce direct-to-customer delivery model. In addition, you will: Support our Distribution Center network to identify, resolve, and provide root cause resolution to production systems/Issues, to include development and testing.Use knowledge of the local distribution center operational-to-system processes and educate the Distribution Center as needed on recurring issues. We re excited about you if you have: 3-5 years of technical experience in JDA, RedPrairie application development & support of Warehouse Management System (JDA v8.2, RedPrairie)Experienced in SQL and RP/JDA table structuresPossesses a working knowledge of DC operational practices and procedures, and a good understanding of Supply Chain and WMS conceptsExperienced in incident triage/troubleshooting and resolution of production issues, within stated SLAExperienced working with Dotcom and Retail DC systems and OperationsPossesses knowledge of JDA/RP WMS integration to other host and automated conveyor systemsPossesses Basic understanding of JDA/RP system configurations for day-to-day support responsibilitiesPossesses proven experience working directly and collaboratively with DC Operations, building effecting relationships with personnel at all levelsSelf-management and task prioritization capabilitiesBachelor s degree in computer science and/or related experiencePossess strong written and verbal communications skills You ll love working here because: The manifesto.
