Our client is seeking motivated technicians to join their team as a Maintenance Technician in Roswell, New Mexico. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment receives prompt, efficient and quality service. This position's compensation is almost entirely based on a hands-on skills assessment consisting of mechanical, electrical, and electronics knowledge and skill. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment as a member of a team this position will be for you. Most of the machinery that you will be working on is battery operated. Working on a three-man team that is comprised of mostly veterans you will work 12-hour days with four days on and three days off. There are both day and night shifts open. The site has a family culture and understands that this could be a family decision. They will not only fly you out for an onsite interview, but your spouse as well!
